Product Counsel for MoonPay to provide legal support for crypto and DeFi products, focusing on regulatory frameworks and product lifecycle advice
Требования
- JD (or equivalent) and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
- 6+ years of legal experience, including meaningful in-house experience at a crypto, DeFi, fintech, or regulated financial services company
- Deep, working understanding of DeFi (DEXs, AMMs, non-custodial wallets, MPC, smart contracts)
- Solid grounding in US regulatory frameworks (FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, NYDFS)
- Experience providing product lifecycle legal advice to engineering and product teams
- Excellent communications skills and ability to synthesize complex regulatory constructs
- High comfort with legal ambiguity, risk-adjusted thinking, and fast-paced environments
