Experienced Producer needed for a profitable, self-funded studio working on a UGC sandbox title (200M+ installs, 4M+ DAU). Focus on PC/Steam version product vision, UI/UX adaptation, monetization strategy, and release management
Требования
- 4+ years in the role, at a senior level
- Hands-on producing experience
- Experience as a Product Owner/Producer on a PC/Steam free-to-play project
- Deep understanding of F2P monetization on PC/Steam
- Experience releasing and growing a title on Steam
- Experience working with UI/UX teams
- Working knowledge of technical/graphics fundamentals (rendering, physics, performance)
- Experience with production planning and timeline management (Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Confluence)
