Xolo is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure labor law compliance in Spain, coordinate payroll, and support international HR operations as the company's first in-house HR professional in Spain
Требования
- 3+ years of HR experience (HR Operations or Generalist)
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, payroll and collective agreements
- Experience managing employment contracts and HR documentation
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently
