Требования
- 2–5 years of experience in People & Culture, HR Generalist or People Operations roles
- Startup or scaleup experience
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and compliance
- Experience writing HR policies and building processes from scratch
- People-first mindset with strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- Experience implementing automation solutions, especially using AI
