- 8+ years in HR, People Operations, or People Experience
- 3+ years in people leadership roles
- Experience leading or scaling People Operations in international, fast-growing environments
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
- Process improvement and workflow optimization experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Systems-thinking mindset with hands-on approach
- Data-informed and detail-oriented
- Fluent English
