People & Culture Lead (0.6–0.8 FTE)

DPW is looking for a People & Culture Lead to own the full people agenda, including HR operations, employee experience, performance management, and recruitment, in a part-time (0.6–0.8 FTE) capacity

Требования

• Several years of experience in HR / People & Culture, ideally as a generalist or HRBP
• Experience coaching and partnering with managers
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently as the main P&C person
• Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office 3–4 days per week
