- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within hospitality
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and operational HR
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands
