Требования

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in a fast-growing international organization
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management and organizational change
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Experience in tech, SaaS, HealthTech or another scale-up environment
• Candidates must live within commuting distance of Amsterdam
