HiBob is looking for a People and Culture Partner to support technology teams, drive organizational design, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives in a global SaaS environment
Требования
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting technology teams
- Experience in a global technology company, ideally within SaaS
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills
- Hands-on experience in organizational development, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management
- Ability to use people data to support business decisions
- Experience facilitating workshops and team development sessions
- Interest in AI and its applications in HR
- Familiarity with Israeli employment practices
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
