Develop and manage global payment strategy across multiple iGaming markets. Own PSP partnerships, payment optimization, and operational delivery. Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective payment solutions

Требования

• Experience as Payments Manager, PSP Manager, or Payment Operations Manager
• Background in iGaming, fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or high-volume transaction businesses
• Strong knowledge of PSPs, acquiring, APMs, payment routing, and payment operations
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with payment providers
• Understanding of AML/KYC, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payment risk
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent English
• PSP network, multi-market experience, cashier optimization, payment analytics, and B2B platform experience are advantages
