Payment Transaction Monitoring Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of payment activity for a designated portfolio of high-priority customer accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring payment performance, investigating failures, analyzing patterns, and adjusting routing logic

Требования

• Hands-on experience with payments, payment processing, acquiring, PSPs, payment gateways, or payment operations
• Strong understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle
• Ability to analyse declines, issuer response codes, authentication results, gateway errors, and PSP responses
• Understanding of BINs, issuers, card schemes, payment methods, routing, and cascades
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work confidently with transaction-level data and identify patterns across large volumes of payments
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership of payment-critical cases
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, analysts, and external PSP partners
