Development and ownership of candidate-to-job matching and ranking pipeline for an AI-native talent intelligence platform, focusing on learning-to-rank, evaluation frameworks, and explainability under EU AI Act regulations

Требования

• Experience with learning-to-rank stacks (features, model development, production serving)
• Proficiency with gradient boosted trees and LambdaMART
• Knowledge of hybrid retrieval systems (BM25, dense vector search)
• Experience with offline evaluation frameworks (NDCG, precision@K)
• Familiarity with LLM-as-judge and weak supervision approaches
• Understanding of EU AI Act, Annex III obligations
• English B2 level
