• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or similar role
• Knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Georgian government HR portals (rs.ge and Ministry of Health) is an advantage
