Fully remote IT agency seeks an experienced BDM to drive the complete pre-sale and sales cycle for web application projects, AI/ML initiatives, and long-term team extension contracts. Role involves lead generation strategy coordination, client qualification, cross-team collaboration, and active use of AI tools to optimize sales efficiency
Требования
- 2+ years IT Business Development with proven deal closing track record
- 2+ years hands-on LinkedIn lead generation experience (within last 2 years)
- Proven experience selling web app outsourcing and long-term contracts
- Experience managing multiple presale processes in parallel
- Practical hands-on AI tools proficiency
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Confident CRM and ERP systems usage
- Fluent/Advanced English (C1+)
- Residence outside Russia & Belarus
