Business Development Manager (Closer & Hunter) for a remote IT agency focused on AI, web development, and outstaffing services. Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, lead generation coordination, and client communication
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development with a focus on closing deals
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on lead generation experience
- Proven track record of selling Web App project outsourcing and long-term contracts
- Experience managing multiple presale processes in parallel
- Practical experience using AI tools for sales efficiency
- Confident use of CRM and ERP systems
- English — Fluent/Advanced (C1+)
- Residence outside Russia & Belarus
