Legal Counsel for an international iGaming company responsible for corporate structure maintenance, payment systems (PSPs) support, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
Требования
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming
- Hands-on experience with offshore corporate structures
- Experience with corporate bank/payment/merchant accounts and KYC/KYB
- Experience working with PSPs
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Legal drafting skills in English and Russian (B2–C1 level)
