О вакансии
Legal Counsel for an international iGaming business to support corporate, commercial, payment (PSP), and regulatory matters, including licensing and platform documentation
Требования
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming or international business
- Hands-on experience with offshore corporate structures and administration
- Experience with corporate bank/payment accounts and KYC/KYB
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Experience drafting commercial agreements and platform documentation
- Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian (B2–C1 level)
