Legal Counsel for a fast-growing international fintech group, focusing on digital assets, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance (MiCA, GDPR, AML), and corporate governance
Требования
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree
- 3–5 years' legal experience in private practice or an in-house legal team
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and written communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills with sound commercial judgement
- Good understanding of Cyprus company law and corporate governance
