О вакансии
Legal Counsel for an international iGaming business to provide day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, payments, and regulatory matters, including entity maintenance, banking, and contract negotiations
Требования
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming or international business
- Experience with offshore corporate structures and administration
- Experience with corporate bank/payment accounts and KYC/KYB
- Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian (B2–C1 level)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
