JetBrains is looking for an L&D Lead to own and develop Core and Discovery learning portfolios, lead the L&D team, and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions, including AI-enabled initiatives
Требования
- Proven experience leading an L&D, talent development or similar people development function
- Extensive experience identifying organizational needs and building tailored solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience designing leadership development systems and managing learning governance and budgets
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and across international teams
- Professional fluency in English
- Interest in AI, automation and their application to learning is a plus
