The role involves leading analytics initiatives, mentoring team members, conducting hypothesis testing, and driving data-driven decision-making
Требования
- Experience managing an analytics team
- Ability to identify areas for product growth and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced experience using AI tools
- Experience optimising systems and funnels
- Ability to set up A/B testing processes
- Proactive and self-motivated
- In-depth analytical research and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with strategic partnerships with product teams
