Lead IT Procurement Officer position for a 3-year contract based in Jackson, MS (100% onsite). Responsible for managing IT procurement activities, contract oversight, RFP creation, proposal evaluation, and ensuring compliance with state laws and ITS procurement guidelines

Требования

• Manage contract activities for IT procurement with internal/external teams
• Provide oversight and project management
• Acquire products/services/technical staffing in accordance with state laws and ITS guidelines
• Research, evaluate and acquire products based on needs
• Create Requests for Proposals (RFPs) following procurement guidelines
• Review and score proposals, bids and quotes
• Analyze information to determine best products and services for agency needs
