Lead a small engineering team (3 engineers, 2 QA) at GoMining, a Bitcoin mining ecosystem, using AI tools to enhance development velocity and maintaining high engineering standards for scalable backend services
Требования
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions
- Experience using AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- English B2/C1
