Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals. Screening interviews, candidate experience, ATS management. 1–2 years recruitment/sourcing experience required. Barcelona-based with hybrid flexibility

Требования

• 1–2 years recruitment or sourcing experience
• Tech startup or agency environment background preferred
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruitment mindset
• Hands-on LinkedIn experience with Boolean search techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Spanish or French is a plus
• Eagerness to learn in fast-paced international environment
