International startup is seeking a Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) specialist to conduct user research, apply the JTBD framework, translate insights into hypotheses, and build the research process from scratch
Требования
- 1–4 years in UX/product research (qualitative focus)
- Hands-on experience with JTBD
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
