Experienced international lawyer needed for drafting cross-border commercial contracts, supporting corporate structures (M&A, Joint Ventures), managing compliance (KYC/AML, tax treaties), and handling cross-border claims
Требования
- Law degree; LL.M. is a plus
- 3–5+ years as Legal Counsel / International or Corporate Lawyer
- Fluent English C1/C2 + strong Legal English
- Strong practical knowledge of EU, Cyprus & CIS legal and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of Private International Law & conflict-of-law principles
- Experience with Common Law and/or Civil Law
- International contract drafting experience
