Process and qualify inbound leads via multiple channels (website, email, chat, messengers). Maintain CRM records, collect client requirements, and schedule meetings for the Sales team
Требования
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Support, or similar
- English B2+, native Russian
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking ability
- Customer-focused mindset
