Senior HR Business Partner to lead people practices, organizational design, and workforce planning for the USA regional team in a fast-growing AI-focused technology company
Требования
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in tech/infrastructure
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Strong leadership coaching skills
- Commercial mindset
- Experience using people data and insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of core HR disciplines and U.S. employment practices
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- Willingness to travel regularly across the USA
