О вакансии

We’re looking for an HR leader who can partner strategically with business and stay hands on across the full HR cycle. You’ll coach managers, shape organization and culture, run core people processes end to end, and ensure compliance with the Kazakhstan Labor Code

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment
• Experience supporting multiple functions
• Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles
• Excellent knowledge of Kazakh Labor and Social Insurance legislation
• Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
