Требования
- Significant experience in a senior HRBP role in a fast-paced technology organization
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development
- Practical experience applying AI and automation to HR processes
- Experience supporting employees across European and Central Asian countries
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
