Scorewarrior is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support and improve HR processes, configure HRIS workflows, and ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws for their 200+ person game development team
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration
- Strong understanding of Cypriot employment Law
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong process-oriented mindset
- Experience implementing automations
- Analytical thinking with confidence working with reports and HR data
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
