International investment firm is looking for an HR Operations Manager to handle the full employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Cyprus, Germany, Israel) and manage HRIS, payroll, and statutory compliance
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Management or a related role
- Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment
- Knowledge of Cyprus and UK employment legislation
- Experience working with external legal, immigration and compliance advisors
- Hands-on experience with HRIS such as BambooHR
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent English; Greek and/or German is a plus
