This role serves as the HR leader for Russia, partnering with business leadership to deliver people strategies that enable business performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness during a period of transformation
Требования
- University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable HR leadership role
- Experience supporting separations, integrations, or major organizational transformations
- Understanding of global HR operating models
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Knowledge of Russian labor legislation
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
