ZEN.COM is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support Technology, Product and Growth teams, managing full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership
Требования
- 5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or a similar role
- Experience partnering with managers and senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience in a dynamic international organization
- Fintech or financial services experience is an advantage
- Confidence working with HR data and people metrics
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
