Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a gold recovery plant, including analytical work on scoring models, SOP development (paper/video), coordination with departments, and training personnel
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gold extraction and processing plants
- Focus on ore processing, gold recovery, reagent/material consumption, and plant equipment
- Expertise in the operation of crushing and milling equipment, CIP/CIL and sampling
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, and developing employees
