Experienced Head of VIP required to lead the VIP department, develop strategies for high-value players, manage relationships, and optimize player engagement processes in an iGaming company
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Head of VIP or Team Leader in the iGaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to manage player expectations and offer appropriate incentives
- A good understanding of the iGaming industry and its products
- Proficiency in English and potentially other languages relevant to the target market
