Strategic leadership role focused on driving client success, solution design, and technical partnership growth within the Arbitrum ecosystem
Требования
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles (solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture)
- 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams
- Experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions
- Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology (decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, onchain infrastructure)
- Proven experience working directly with clients
- Proficiency in Rust, Solidity or Golang
