Build sales from zero at ICON Finance, a B2B fintech platform specializing in OTC, wire transfers, and crypto-fiat operations. First 6 months: audit current state, define ICP, manage personal pipeline, close deals. Months 6–12: hire and develop 2–3 sales managers, create sales playbook, scale through partnerships. Focus on profitability per deal and B2B customer base growth, targeting $50K+ deal sizes
Требования
- 3–5+ years in B2B sales at Senior level with personal deal closure
- Experience building sales funnel from zero without infrastructure or warm leads
- Team management experience with sales managers
- Understanding of fintech/crypto products: OTC, wire transfers, crypto-fiat operations
- Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI-enabled CRM)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with large deal sizes ($50K+)
- Self-driven, independent, capable of setting own goals without micromanagement
- English B2+ (written and spoken, for client communication)
