Head of Research responsible for building and scaling the research function at a technology-driven hedge fund. Will design autonomous research teams structure, establish research standards and processes, create evaluation frameworks, and translate research into business impact. The fund operates at the intersection of financial markets, AI, and frontier technologies with its own AI research lab

Требования

• Proven experience leading quantitative research, trading research, systematic strategy, or data-driven investment teams
• Deep understanding of trading, alpha research, portfolio construction, execution, risk, and market microstructure
• Experience translating trading ideas from hypothesis to live deployment
• Ability to structure autonomous research units with clear ownership areas and interfaces
• Strong managerial skills: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, compensation
• Experience setting research priorities at portfolio level
• Ability to design dashboards, metrics, and review processes
• Excellent communication and alignment-building skills across teams
