International IT company in the mobility sector is looking for a leader to manage product strategy, P&L, B2B network, and team growth for their marketplace in Russia
Требования
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles (OTA, Mobility, E-commerce, or B2B2C marketplaces)
- Understanding of the Russian market (Transport, logistics, travel)
- Experience with the offline segment and B2B partners
- Proven track record of marketplace growth and building sales organizations
- Technical acumen for engaging with product managers and engineers
- English proficiency C1
