Требования

• Senior HR leadership experience
• Managing HR teams with at least 15 direct reports
• Experience in fast-paced environment with 2,000+ employees
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management
• People analytics capabilities
• IT or technology environment experience (preferred)
• Fluent English
• Russian or Ukrainian at C1 level or above
