Lead end-to-end operational infrastructure for upscale travel company. Manage operations team organizing trips, oversee daily reporting, deadline management, and bookings. Implement AI-driven process optimization, build operational dashboards, define KPIs, manage incidents, enforce quality control, and develop team members

Требования

• At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive role with direct team management
• Proven track record of designing and implementing operational processes for improved efficiency, quality, or scalability
• Deep experience with KPI-driven team management
• Good knowledge of English (C-level)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations
