Lead People strategy for Rover's international business outside the U.S. Build and scale the HR function, partner with senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, drive AI adoption in HR practices, and guide international expansion initiatives. Based in Barcelona with hybrid arrangement

Требования

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including HR Business Partner leadership
• Experience leading HR teams in high-growth, scaling, or transforming organizations
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching
• Experience building AI fluency and leveraging emerging technologies within HR
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law and employee relations
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business strategy into People initiatives
• Experience scaling HR organizations within technology companies (highly preferred)
