Требования

• 5+ years of experience on positions HRD, Head of HR and senior HR leadership role
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ and supporting operations in a company with 1000+ employees
• Deep understanding of modern HR practices and tools
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in a tech or IT-driven environment
