Lead financial audit operations for an international company in Cyprus. Responsible for planning and executing internal/external audits, identifying financial risks, testing controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and presenting findings to top management. Requires 3-5+ years of finance/audit leadership experience with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge

Требования

• 3–5+ years as Group Financial Controller, Internal Auditor, Head of Finance or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations
• Advanced user-level knowledge of 1C (mandatory)
• Fluent English for business correspondence, negotiations and contract review
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, audit procedures and internal controls
• Risk identification and financial data analysis skills
• Systematic and analytical mindset
• Critical thinking and decision-making under time pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Russian language required
