Two positions: Head of Engineering at Consensys Incorporated managing 20+ engineers building institutional blockchain infrastructure for banks and fintech; Technical Solutions Engineer at Polygon Labs providing API integration support and developer advocacy for Open Money Stack payment infrastructure
Требования
- Deep experience with Ethereum/EVM and distributed systems (blockchain/payments/exchanges)
- Experience managing engineering teams (20+ for Head role) or hands-on API integrations and troubleshooting
- Production systems management with contractual SLA experience
- Strong technical and strategic skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience with US payment rails (ACH, RTP, wire, cards) or payment API ecosystems
- Technical writing and API documentation expertise
- Regular use of AI tools
- Comfort with fast-changing environments
