Design and improve content moderation policies, lead team and 3rd-party vendors, drive implementation of AI-driven moderation tools, and ensure compliance in a B2C tech environment
Требования
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments and UGC platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance, operational risks, and moderation challenges
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with AI moderation systems
- English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage
