Lead a content moderation team to design and improve moderation policies for user safety, champion compliance, and build strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities on a B2C UGC platform

Требования

• 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges
• Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English
• Russian language is a plus
