Building a full-scale Collections department from scratch for a new online lending brand in South Africa. Responsibilities include strategy development, process automation, team management, and delivering key performance indicators

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience managing a Collections department
• Strong understanding of portfolio segmentation (Pre-Collection, Soft, Hard)
• Solid knowledge of collections KPIs (collection rate, default rate, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialers, and telephony
• Experience managing distributed remote teams
• Proven track record of implementing collection processes and scripts
