Head of legal department overseeing technology & platforms, IP & trademarks, real estate & assets, HR-related legal matters, and disputes across the Group's entities. This is a strategic role focused on building and owning critical legal infrastructure, establishing standards, templates and playbooks for a CySEC-regulated European brokerage group

Требования

• 12+ years of legal experience (in-house or law firm)
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, IT or regulated financial institutions
• Fluent English (Russian is a plus)
• Track record of leading teams
• Experience managing external counsel
• Expertise in technology law, IP, real estate, corporate governance, and dispute resolution
